Would a cannibal be put in an insane asylum or be put in a solitary confinement jail cell?

This is a tuff one and I would say in a confinement jail cell because an insane asylum is used for crazy people and a cannibals are not crazy but they eat people and that is considered murder so I hope I helped! :)
