Cure for blindness??

i just read it on the yahoo homepage. now when it says "inject" does that mean with a needle, and all the names for stuff it said it could cure is just really bad eyesight one of them?. i dont really know what my eye doctor told me what is wrong with my eyes, i just know that i am considered legally blind. so would this help me or not.
