DO CIRSTANCES DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT WE SHOULD TELL THE TRUTH ?

in those cases what most people do is tell most of the truth but leave some of it out so techniqually they never lied in the first place. For example, when John gets home his wife asks him were hes been and he answers he was with his friend bill. In actuality they were at the bar but he didnt say that, so he did not lie nor tell the truth. So to answer your question i would say that most of the time you should tell the truth but under some cirstances i believe it is ok to lie or leave some facts out
