No period and two weeks worth of cramps after coming off Ortho Lo?

My last period was May 23rd. For the month of May (as with many months) I tend to miss many pills but still have my period when expected. This month (June), I have not taken ANY pills- I decided to get off the BC. I was due for my period about a week ago but have not had any breakthrough bleeding or period to date. I am pretty sure I am not pregnant (Use condoms and have only had a few times this month). I have, however, had period cramps for the past 2-3 weeks. I am one who can feel myself ovulating. I am pretty sure I felt ovulation about two weeks ago, but I have still felt similar cramps for the past two weeks and no period. I know it takes some time to get the BC out of your system, but I have always been on a 29 day cycle off the BC, and I have gone off before and jumped right back into a regular cycle. Any time I have missed pills in the past I kept regular as well. Is it normal to cramp for this long and still have no bleeding? Any ideas??
