I am on spouse visa.after 3 month two year will complete. can i get indefinite stay without my husband consent?

my husband is british born n i have one baby born here of 7 months now.may i eligible to get indefinite stay without husband consent.help me plz coz my husband dont want that i get indefinite.either he can send me back to my country yes or no?
