What will happen if i get surgery thru my company insurance and then i quit??will i be in trouble??

i plan to get gastric band surgery soon, before i quit my job and i know that the insurance that i have covers part of it. will i be in trouble or will i be asked to pay back when they find out i quited and i don't have insurance anymore because i plan to cancel. i don't know please help!!!
