Is Howard Dean secretly working for the Republican party?

I am Canadian, but like the rest of the world, am really interested in US politics. I thought Howard Dean was the best bet for the democrats instead John Kerry. Dean being a Christian and all could have appealed to the Bible belt of the US. I think he is still kinda of hurt of being elected by his party and the whole messy campaign between Clinton and Obama, well I don't think he cares for either candidate. Maybe that's why he hasn't said anything.
