I'm writing a letter to Obama. How do I address him?

I like the defender of Terrorists one, after all he did go to Kenya and campaign for Radical Communist ODINGA! There were videos of him there doing it, but Im sure they have all magically disappeared by now, since Obama denied doing it- he is such a liar!
