I dropped my iPhone in water. Help?!?

Before you start calling me stupid and other names, it was inevitable. I was walking by the toilet with the phone in my hoodie pocket, and it fell out, right into the toilet as it was flushing. It couldn't have fell in at a better time, there was hardly any water and I got it out before it had time to be submerged. It won't turn on, surprise surprise, but none of the indicators are triggered. I've checked every 10 seconds for the past three hours and nothing. It's soaking in rice, what else do I need to do?
