Do i need my wisdon teeth removed??

okk so for a months no my lower right side wisdom tooth has been coming in and it starts hurting pretty badly. like its coming thru the gums and i can see the tooth....but its swollen on that side of my mouth and someday that side hurts soo bad i cant eat...so do you need to get them out
