Can my child be considered abducted if my ex hub. notified courts in another state, ex is keeping my 14yr. old

he can not keep her if you have soul custody....he must have the permission of the state you live in....in order to keep her...plus he must file with the state he lives in for a temporary order of custody...in which you must be in agreement with..if you have custody then yes he is in trouble...
