Calming bipolar people?

I need some ways my girlfriend can calm me down over the phone. I have shingles and won't see her for a while I need a way she can calm me down when I'm upset. I'm bipolar and tend to snap fast because I'm only 15. I love when she reads bc it takes me out of reality is there other things that she can do like that?
